    • To be completely rational, you can choose any possible combination or stream as long as it interests you because the SSC CGL syllabus hardly has anything to do with the stream you graduate in.


    On the other hand, keeping the syllabus in focus, combinations with subjects like English, Mathematics, History, Geography, etc. might help you to an extent.


    For instance, studying English as a subject in graduation would improve your accuracy in reading and solving comprehension and other related questions in the SSC CGL. Likewise with Mathematics and subjects that get covered in the General Awareness section.
