The song is based on raag tilak kamod only. However, the song is made for a movie and not as a classical bandish.

Movie songs fall into the genre of light music. In that genre, to make the song sound more beautiful, some violation of rules of raag are allowed and some swar which are out of the scope of raag can be taken into the rendition to beautify the song.

That is the only reason why in many Bollywood songs and in genres like ghazal and thumri, you will find usage of Vivadi swar( swar that are not the part of the raag structure) in the renditions.
