SSC Stenographer exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The Staff Selection Commission has released SSC Stenographer 2020-21 notification in the pdf. format on 10th October 2020. The online registration has been started and the candidates who are eligible can apply for the same till November, 04.
Latest Updates:
- October 07, 2020 – The Staff Selection Commission announced the dates for the SSC Stenographer exam which will be held from November 16 – 18 across the nation except for Bihar. The candidates who choose Bihar as their centre for conducting examinations, their exams will be held from 24th December to 30th December, 2020.
- October 10, 2020 – The notification has been released for the candidates who has to apply online from 10th October to 04th November, 2020.

SSC Stenographer Eligibility 2020
Every candidate must meet SSC eligibility criteria as specified in the Notification 2020.
1. Nationality – Candidates must be Indian or from either of the following categories:
- Nepal
- Bhutan
- A Tibetan refugee came to India before 1962
- A person of Indian origin migrated to Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia and Vietnam.
2. Age Limit –
- For Stenographer Grade C the minimum age limit is 18 – 30 years.
- For Stenographer Grade D the minimum age limit is 18 – 27 years.
